It will only happen with your help...
Help preserve and protect Seattle's great community culture with your finances! When this gathering space is created for all to enjoy, we are not only coming together to save an active green space and inspire neighbors with examples of urban agriculture, but we are also actively preserving a way of life that Seattle is known for - friendly, engaging, supportive of each other and stewards of our environment.
Help make it happen - join the Urban Homestead Foundation to create this one-of-a-kind gathering space for generations to come, filled with fun, food and inspiration for all.
Donate to the Urban Homestead Foundation today.
All donations are being matched up to $325,000 by a King Conservation Futures grant we received in 2017. Your gift is tax deductible and will help purchase the Dakota substation property and create a fun and inspiring community gathering and education space in West Seattle.
Pledges are accepted and will not be charged unless we reach our fundraising goal, please submit pledges by downloading the pledge form and mailing it to us.
For larger donations, please consider sending them directly to us by check so we can avoid the credit card processing fees incurred through the online donation form.
Checks can be made out to the Urban Homestead Foundation and sent to:
