This year our neighborhood has an opportunity to turn this vacant land into a valuable community asset. We’re energizing advocates who will reach out to their networks, raise awareness and money. It’s important that the immediate neighborhoods surrounding this property work together to purchase this land. Urban Homestead Foundation is just the vehicle – it's up to all of us (neighbors, Genesee Hill families, urban farmers) to make it happen!

Look for us on the corner of Dakota & 50th Ave SW across from Genesee Hill Elementary around drop off time! We will have a canopy set up with coffee to share and lots of info on how to get involved in the Dakota Homestead Project!

Coffee is free and we will be accepting donations (of course!). See you there!
